When do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data when registering, ordering on the web and subscribing to commercial communications within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation“).
When registering, we process the following personal data:
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Name and surname
- Billing and delivery address
We process this personal data for the purpose of creating a customer account. Such processing is allowed in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) of the Regulation.
When you submit an order, we process the same personal data that you entered in your registration:
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Name and surname
- Billing and delivery address
We process this personal data for the purpose of delivering your order. Such processing is allowed in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) of the Regulation. We use the e-mail address for sending commercial messages, if you chose the option of having up-to-date information sent to you by e-mail. You can opt out of receiving commercial messages at any time by clicking the opt-out link in the footnote of an e-mail.
When you subscribe to receive the newsletter, we process the following personal data:
- E-mail address
We process this personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications, based on your consent. Such processing is allowed in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (a) of the Regulation. We only process the entered personal data for a period of 5 years.
Who else can have access to your personal data?
The Controller cooperates with other entities (processors), who may have access to your personal data.

What are your rights?
Please note that under the Act on the Protection of Personal Data you have the right to:
- request from us information to what personal data of yours we process, or request a copy of such personal data,
- request clarification from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
- request for access to this data and to have it updated or rectified,
- request the deletion of such personal data – however, such deletion will result in the termination of contract negotiations, and will only be made if the interests of the common controllers do not outweigh the protection of your privacy,
- in the case of doubt regarding the compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, you can contact us, or the Office for personal data protection, or the courts.
Statement on the use of cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are short text files created by a web server and saved in your computer via a browser. Later, when you return to the same site, the browser sends the saved cookie back so the server receives all the information it had previously saved with you. The vast majority of websites use cookies for their activities.
How cookies are classified
Cookies can be classified according to who placed them on the website, i.e.:
- First party cookies – their validity is restricted to the domain of the website you are viewing. These cookies are considered safer.
- Third party cookies – are placed by a script from another domain. This allows the user to be tracked across domains. They are often used to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels.
Depending on life span, the cookies can be classified as:
- Session cookies – they are deleted from your computer when you close the browser
- Persistent cookies – after closing the browser, they are retained; they are only deleted after a very long time (depending on your browser and cookie settings). You can also remove them manually.
According to the purpose, we can classify the cookies as follows:
- Technical – they allow basic web functions (e. g. log in) or website functions (e. g. playing videos, sharing contents and similar)
- Analytical – they are used to collect non-anonymous data on the user’s behaviour. Based on these, we can customize the website to make it more user-friendly for you.
- Remarketing – they serve for targeted advertising to users who have already been to our site.
- Conversion – with their help, we can evaluate the success of the campaigns.
What we use cookies for
We use the following cookies on our website:
Technical – first party, short-term ones. They provide the basic technical functionality of the website, i.e. log in, use of services and similar.
- Google Analytics – first party, long-term ones. They are used to generate anonymous statistics on the web usage.
- Google AdWords – first party, long-term, remarketing and conversion ones.
- Sklik – third party, long-term, remarketing and conversion ones.
- Crisp – first party, long-term ones. They are used for online chat.
Our websites use the retargeting technology provided by Sklik, which is operated by the company Seznam.cz, a.s. This allows us to show the visitors, who have already shown interest in our products, our advertising on the advertising network of the company Seznam.cz, a.s.
We never place sensitive or personal data in cookies. In cookies, we may place the user ID, but this does not allow third parties to identify a particular person.
How cookies can be edited
Deleting
You can delete cookies in your browser – they are usually placed in the “History“ of the sites you have visited.
Blocking

This website uses the Google Analytics service
This website uses the Google Analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). The Google Analytics service uses cookie files. Information about the use of the website along with the contents of the cookie files will be transmitted by the company Google and saved on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purposes of evaluating the use of the site and generating activity reports designated for its operators and for providing other services related to the activities on the site and the use of the internet in general. Google may also provide this information to third parties if required to do so by law, or if such third parties process this information for Google.
The Google Analytics service is enhanced with related advertising functions provided by Google, including:

How to disable Google Analytics tracking
If you do not want to provide anonymous data about your use of the web to the Google Analytics service, you can use the plug-in provided by the company Google. Once installed in your browser and activated, the data will no longer be sent.
